At Rumra, we are committed to delivering high-quality organic food products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict yet customer-friendly return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or leaking products
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Expired or near-expiry product received
  • Product with visible quality issues

2. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Taste preferences or personal liking
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

3. Reporting Timeline

Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.

4. Resolution Options

After verification of the claim, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund to original payment method

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within the following timelines:

6. Important Note on Organic Products

Our products are natural and free from chemicals or artificial preservatives. Therefore, slight variations in:

  • color
  • taste
  • aroma

may occur and do not qualify as product defects.

7. Storage Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper storage of products after delivery to maintain freshness and quality.

8. Rights Reserved

Rumra reserves the right to decline refund or return requests in cases of misuse, fraudulent claims, or abuse of the return policy.
