Rumra brings back an ancient Vedic food tradition — stone-ground atta and cold-pressed oils, made without heat, chemicals, or compromise.
Long before modern mills took over, grain was ground the Vedic way — slowly, on stone, at cool temperatures. Nothing was stripped. Nothing was lost. The flour that reached the kitchen was alive with nutrients, fibre, and natural oils exactly as nature intended.
Rumra was born to revive that tradition. As Ahmedabad's first Vedic stone chakki atta facility, we grind our atta using the same ancient cold-process method — slow stone wheels, low temperatures, zero heat damage. Our cold-pressed oils follow the same philosophy. No shortcuts. No additives. No preservatives.
